Login as you normally do (see the Set Up E Invoices guide of you haven't already) and on the home screen click the person icon bottom right corner (like before when you linked your bank account).

Scroll down a bit and you'll see this option that says

製作手機條碼桌布

zhìzuò shǒujī tiáomǎ zhuōbù

Which means "create mobile barcode wallpaper".

Just a little note/fun fact, 桌布 actually means tablecloth >∆<

Then scroll left and right to see your adorable options with preset backgrounds. The first screen has an option to let you upload your own background.

When you've selected which one you like, you can click either the wallpaper or 套用桌布 tàoyòng zhuōbù (see arrows in screenshot below).

Here tàoyòng means select.

After that, you can choose to move the barcode around the screen and resize it (see black arrow in screenshot).

Keep in mind where your clock and other things like notifications might show up on your lock screen (you can change those things in your phone settings).

The bottom right corner is where you set it as your wallpaper (see red circled area). It says 設成桌布 shè chéng zhuōbù which just means set wallpaper.

The bottom left option says 預覽 yùlǎn which means preview and the middle option is 儲存 chúcún which means save.

Saving it to your phone is the only way I can figure out how to set it as a background for your phone's wallpaper when it is unlocked, but I find this to be less convenient because it's usually blocked by APPs and you can't get a good scan on it.

That's it! Now you can pull out your phone and use it to scan your E Invoice barcode and start playing the lottery.
