So, let's say you haven't linked your bank account and you are just gonna keep it simple with the old bank transfer method.

Open your Easy Wallet APP and click on the person icon at the bottom. Once you are in, you will click the dollar sign on the left that says 儲值 chǔ zhí to reload.

The first option is the bank account transfer 銀行帳戶 yín háng zhàng hù which isn't what we want this time.

The second one says 虛擬帳戶 xū nǐ zhàng hù (virtual account) and it also even says ATM next to it.

Go ahead and click on that second one.

Now you'll be taken to this screen (see below) where you will choose your amount that you want to load. Pretty straight forward.

For this example, I've chosen $100. Then you are transfered to this screen seen below.

This information below isn't mine. It's the virtual account that you'll transfer your money into. Below it says:

• 轉入銀行 - zhuǎn rù yín háng, which is bank that it is using (in this case it's Bank of Taiwan).

• 銀行代號 - yín háng dài hào, which is the bank code (for Bank of Taiwan that number is 012).

• 轉入虛擬帳號 - zhuǎn rù xū nǐ zhàng hào, which is the virtual account number. You can copy it automatically to your clipboard by clicking to the right where you see the icon for the two sheets of paper stacked.

• 儲值金額 (NT) - chú zhí jīn é, which is the amount that we have decided to load. To the right you can click the pencil in the box to edit this amount.

You don't have any buttons to push here. Maybe don't close it until you have completed the transfer. If you close out of this and do it all over again, the previous virtual account number will no longer apply. It generates a new one every time.

Now you need to either go to an ATM or do a mobile bank transfer on your phone.

Follow Up Actions

After completing the transfer, your account will take a moment to register the loaded amount.

Maybe wait a minute and close the APP and restart it.

Now you are all set to spend that Easy Money!
